Youth Programs
At Adath Israel we have a number of programs for children. We offer a very child friendly envorinment. Kids are always welcome, and they are encouraged to feel comfortable in all parts of the Shul. Here is a sampling of children's programs at Adath Israel
Kids Minyan: Twice a month we offer a special program for children ages 6-10. The kids learn Shabbos songs, the weekly Parsha, and upcoming holidays. To find out the date of future Kids Minyans, send an e-mail to Rabbi@adathisraelsf.org
Every Shabbat we have a large play area for children to play and parents to have an impropmtu Shabbat playdate. It's a great way to get children comfortable and excited to come to Shul. All children are invited to go up to the Bimah at the end of Davening and kiss the Torah!
