Aliyah donation cards. Print out these cards on thick card stock, cut them out, and laminate them. Then use paper clips to indicate donations on Shabbos and Yom Tov.
 
Wedding documents. The PDF files below of of a standard Orthodox tenaim and kesubah for a bride's first wedding. You can print these 8.5"x11" documents yourself on standard "certificate paper" with a thin decorative border.
 
Bircas HaMazon. This Mellel file contains the full Bircas HaMazon with a modified public domain translation and a partial transliteration. Sheva brachos are not included. This document can be printed as a 5.5" x 8.5" booklet (half letter size).
 
Recordings of davening. The Virtual Cantor website is highly recommended for to learn how to lead davening. Please note that the pronunciation is American/Israeli and not traditional Ashkenaz.
