Shabbaton at Lake Tahoe
Where: Condos at north Lake Tahoe
When: 19th February to 21st February 2010
Join Adath Isreal for a peaceful shabbaton in snowy Lake Tahoe. Arrive on Friday and ski for the day at one of the nearby ski locations. Then join the community for a restful shabbat with an Adath Israel minyan and delicious dinner & lunch from The Kitchen Table. Motzei Shabbat explore the city and spend your Sunday skiing or snowboarding the nearby slopes.
All condos are near each other but offer their own living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms. Most condos sleep 6-8. A condo costs $149/night and can be shared between many people. Kosher Shabbat dinner and lunch are $20 per person per meal. Discount lift tickets are available for $45 for a one day adult ski pass. Carpools are available, as well.
